Privacy Policy

WPReviewLab is an activity of Wil Ransz. For its operations, website and mailing list, WPReviewLab uses a concise and therefore clear privacy policy.

Website

WPReviewLab collects statistics about the visits to its website. The maintenance, management and security of the web server are provided by the system supervisors of WPReviewLab in collaboration with the internet service provider.

The collected data will only be used to enhance the user experience of visitors to the website – both technically and with respect to the content offered.

Mailing list

Prior to joining the mailing list, a candidate subscriber has to confirm his/her application via email before the subscription actually starts. Subscribers are able to unsubscribe themselves at any time without further intervention of WPReviewLab.

The email addresses of subscribers are not publicly accessible. The maintenance, management and security of the software regarding the mailing list are provided by WPReviewLab in collaboration with Google’s FeedBurner. Subscribers will be notified in advance prior to switching to another email service provider.

IP addresses

When a visitor adds a comment to a blog post, the IP address, email address and – when provided – the website address are stored. IP addresses are only stored to fight spam. Only the WordPress administrators of WPReviewLab have access to these IP addresses.

Summary

E-mail addresses and other personal information will never disclosed to third-parties without legal or judicial enforcement.
