eMarket by Templatic is a theme for e-commerce sites powered by either Templatic’s own e-commerce framework or WooCommerce. The theme comes with a fully widgetized homepage.
This theme does not support WordPress 3 menus natively. The theme does offer a Header Navigation which you can set within the Theme Options. You can also control this navigation by adding a custom menu widget to the Header Main Navigation widget area.
